Returns

In the event that you need to return an item to us for an exchange, refund and/or store credit the following process must be followed:

If you have an account via our store

  • Log into your account here
  • Under the My Account menu click on the “Completed Orders” link
  • Click on the “Return Items(s) button and fill in the details and submit the form.

If you do not have an account

After we receive your request we’ll send an email with a return acknowledgement outlining details of how and where to return the item/s.

The item must be returned to us:

  • At the customer’s expense
  • If they are unable to find a way to return the products, M & C Import Ltd may organise a courier to pick up the products from the customer. Where M & C Imports Ltd organises a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products. Where an item was ordered under a “Free Shipping” promotion, the return delivery charge will be equal to the current website delivery rates.
  • In original condition and packaging (if applicable)
  • Labelled and packaged adequately
  • Any swing tags, accessories that were included must be returned

If you requested a replacement item, or chose a different product to replace that item:

  • If the new product is of lesser value, we’ll refund the difference either to your bank account or in store credit.
  • If the new product is of a higher value, then we’ll invoice you for that difference and send the product when payment is received.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, M & C Imports LTd will issue a refund and/or store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable.  The customer will be provided with email acknowledgement.

Where possible the refund will be processed by reversing the customer’s initial transaction.  M & C Imports Ltd accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third party payment gateway.

The refund and or store credit will be:

  • for the full cost of the item price excluding shipping.
  • Except, where the item you are returning is due to our error, or defective then all costs to return the item will be reimbursed along with the purchase price.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of each stage of the retuning process.
