We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand.  However we cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Private Bags
  • Community Mailboxes.
  • or Any address we deem as suspicious (confirmation may required by the purchaser in these instances).

Dispatch times:

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day once payment has been received.

Our estimated delivery time is anywhere between 2-5 working days. Sometimes products can be delivered overnight if the payment is cleared and the delivery address is local.

We take pride in our fast delivery service and any problem(s) that may occur with this service outside of the specified delivery times we would like to know about it. You can contact us at [email protected].

All products shipped will be delivered by either NZ Post or a courier service and tracking of an item can be found on their website. You will receive these details in the customer’s order.

Although we will endeavour to ensure your purchase arrives within the specified delivery times, sometimes circumstances out of our control cannot be avoided.


Damages or Loss in Transit

We shall ensure products ordered by you are sent to you adequately packed. Claims by you for damage to products or loss in transit must be made to us within 14 days of your purchase.

No claims will be considered by us after 14 days of you receiving the products from us. While we will not accept any claims for products damaged or lost in transit you must forward to us details of any claim against a carrier which you make.
